ICAT: National Transparency

As part of the Initiative for Climate Action Transparency (ICAT), ECI contributed to operationalizing Morocco’s national climate finance tracking system. Our work focused on analyzing the existing framework, defining the scope, identifying monitoring indicators, and engaging stakeholders. This effort strengthens transparency and aligns climate finance activities with the Nationally Determined Contribution (NDC) goals, ensuring improved tracking of financial flows related to adaptation and mitigation.
